个人简历:

张可安,女,管理学博士,中国计量大学人文与外语学院行政管理系讲师。毕业于北京大学政府管理学院行政管理专业。主要研究方向:公共部门人力资源管理。

 

科研项目:

1. “国家治理体系中的选贤任能制度优势与创新发展研究”,国家社会科学基金重大项目,团队成员,2020年-2023年,结项。

2. “中国(河北)自由贸易试验能级提升方案编制”,子课题负责人,2022年,结项。

3. “新疆博州人才发展’十四五’规划之博州人才发展现状及其建议研究”,新疆博州组织部项目,团队成员,2020年-2021年,结项。

4.“面向2035年的科技创新人才队伍建设研究”,广东省科技计划项目,团队成员,2019年-2020年,结项。

5. “《中长期青年发展规划(2016-2025年)》监测指标评估研究”,共青团团中央“青少年发展研究”课题项目重大课题,团队成员,2019年-2020年,结项。

Resume:

Zhang Ke'an, female, Ph.D in Management, Lecture, graduated from the School of Government Peking University, majoring in Administrative Management.

Main Research Direction: Human Resource Management in the Public Sector.

"Study on the Advantages and Innovative Development of the Selection and Appointment System in the National Governance System", a major project of the National Social Science Fund, team member, 2020-2023, concluded.

"Compilation of the Upgrading Plan for China (Hebei) Free Trade Pilot Zone", principal investigator of the sub-project, 2022, concluded.

"Research on the Current Situation and Suggestions of Talent Development in Bozhou, Xinjiang during the 14th Five-Year Plan", a project of the Organization Department of Bozhou, Xinjiang, team member, 2020-2021, concluded.

"Research on the Construction of Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Team towards 2035", a project of the Science and Technology Plan of Guangdong Province, team member, 2019-2020, concluded.

"Research on Monitoring Indicators and Assessment for the 'Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan (2016-2025)'", a major topic project of the "Youth Development Research" by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, team member, 2019-2020, concluded.
